Pat Bowler is Development Manager at Cathartes, where he leads all phases of the development process. His responsibilities span from design development and vendor selection to budget management, municipality coordination, and construction oversight. Pat’s comprehensive approach ensures smooth collaboration and successful project execution.

Before joining Cathartes, Pat served as a Project Manager at Callahan, Inc., where he played a key role in delivering over 500 housing units and 48,000 square feet of lab space. His experience has strengthened Cathartes’ commitment to creating impactful, high-quality developments.

Pat earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Providence College and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He is a licensed Unrestricted Construction Supervisor in Massachusetts and a Certified Passive House Builder.

Outside of work, Pat enjoys exploring the coast of Maine and New England, as well as tackling DIY projects at home. His passion for both his profession and personal projects reflects his dedication to building spaces that improve the lives of those who live and work in them.
