As Financial Analyst, Gray Goldenberg supports all phases of the firm’s investment and development initiatives. His responsibilities include financial modeling, market research, underwriting, and due diligence across a diverse portfolio of mixed-use, residential, and commercial projects.

Gray’s analytical approach and collaborative mindset help advance Cathartes’ mission to create inspired, sustainable communities that deliver lasting value.

Before joining Cathartes, Gray gained experience in real estate capital markets through internships at Colliers and Newmark, where he supported debt and equity placement as well as investment sales and transactions across New England. These roles provided him with a strong foundation in both the capital and transactional sides of the industry.

Gray earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from St. Lawrence University, where he developed a deep interest in finance and investment strategy.

Outside of work, Gray enjoys golfing, fishing, skiing, and playing a guitar, pursuits that reflect his enthusiasm for the outdoors and creativity.
