Hayley brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate. As Controller, she oversees internal accounting and financial operations for Cathartes, including development of accounting and investor and lender reporting requirements.

Prior to joining Cathartes, Hayley gained extensive experience at AEW Capital Management and The Bulfinch Companies, where she managed financial reporting requirements for private funds and separate accounts. She earned dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting and Hospitality & Tourism Management from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys skiing, visiting local beaches and trails, and cheering on the Celtics with her husband, son, and two rescue dogs. She currently resides in Kingston, Massachusetts.
