We purchased 150-200 Innerbelt Road from Guilford Railroad and re-developed this vacant 8.46 acre plot, directly adjacent to the 6.2 acres in Somerville, MA, into telecommunications space.

We designed, permitted and constructed two buildings totaling 380,000 SF of telecommunications space, and then sold the project to TrizecHahn.
