SoCo146 represents Phase II of a new Brockton, MA residential development in partnership with Cathartes and Juliano Enterprises.

Located just one block north of Lofts at Soco, SoCo146 is a classic mill building renovation offering 72 loft-style units including exposed brick and beam finishes. Construction began in December of 2005 and was completed in June 2007.
