One Fortune Drive is a two-story office/flex building conveniently located directly off of the Middlesex Turnpike, within ten minutes of both Routes 3/I-495 and 3/128. The property consists of 62,196 square feet and is located within the Manning Industrial Park. Neighboring tenants include Welch’s Foods, Nextel, Bay Networks Microsystems.
